The team at Pro-Cision Collision did an excellent job on my son's 88 Bronco. They kept us informed throughout the process and helped us deal with the insurance company as well. The quality of work was above and beyond. The only small issue I had was the fact that I used “the select body shop” with my insurance because it offered free pickup and delivery which I drastically needed because I had ankle surgery and could not drive. I am still waiting to make sure my yearly free tow service wasn’t taken from me.

Customer Service personnel wasn’t informed on the “select service” policy that State Farm insurance tells their customers about when choosing a “preferred body shop” in which Precision Collision is a member of.
