I was told my car would be repaired in a week or 2 when I dropped it off. I was told my parts were in when I dropped off so there should not be a problem. I finally got my car back after almost 4 weeks. Noone ever bothered to call me with any updates. I know places are busy. Just tell the truth upfront. I definitely would have chose another shop.

They where very nice, listen to me and talked me thru all of it. And held a good rental car for me. And it only took a week because the damage wasn't a total loss .
