The vehicle was kept over 6 weeks constantly being extended for only minor front end repairs. All communication had to be initiated by myself, they never respond. The cost was phenomenal and yet repairs are not satisfactory, emblem is damaged, headlights are incorrect for this type car and not flush with eagle lights leaving large gap along each side. I was paying daily for vehicle rental this entire time, even my insurance felt the timeline for such repairs was entirely too lengthy.

I have sent an email in this regards. About the "new" emblem cost and two days to install when it was scratched and metal parts broken, the headlights have larger than 2 inch gap in sections around it.the side view mirror now has large section of paint off it that was not there previously and hood does not stay up now. After 6 weeks that these minor repairs took we expected better appearance of overall repairs.
