Pro Collision did an excellent job of repairing my truck. They had to replace both running boards since the ones on my truck were obsolete. They selected fantastic looking boards. They kept us informed of the progress being made in the repairs all through the process.

Using the wrong class of parts is huge. Attention to detail and proper completion of the job is called customer service.

The paint looks good. The bumper looks good. After refusing the vehicle initially, the hitch insert and pin were replaced. The one big problem was the hitch pin they used. The 5/8” pin that was purchased was too short to fit through the beefed up Class IV holes. Instead of getting a proper pin, the 1/2” Class III pin was used. This means a1/2” pin was used in a 5/8” hole. This caused a lot of movement and would have led to wearing out the hitch. I’m glad I found this and purchased the correct pin myself. Attention to detail means everything!!
