I think the carwise app is a joke. It gave me no useful information. I would have Preferred talking to you on the phone or getting a text message from you about the update of my car. The work you did was fantastic and I have no complaints about your professional repair job.

They are very un professional. Your luck if you get them to answer the phone. When you get them to they beat around the bush. They don’t seem to want to help you unless they know for sure the money is coming in. In person is even worse. My daughter and her husband took the car in and waited to be waited on while the person running the front who saw they were waiting filled his coffee and then wandered around. When he finally waited on them he asked what they were there for. They told him and he said “ okay you can leave now”. Never ever again will we work with them or refer people to them!

The work was fine and looks good but you confused my daughter with someone else and didn’t order all of the right parts and when she brought back the car on the date and time you originally told her to come back you told her you were not expecting her and that the appointment had been changes for 2 weeks. She never told you that and she showed up at the time and date you originally told her to come creating a lot of confusion.
