Don’t even know where to start. Worst experience by far. For something that should have been a routine repair after a car accident this has to have been my worst experience by far. Just made an already stressful situation that much more stressful. When my husband dropped off my truck the cops where there because an employee had been punched by a customer and that right there should have been a red flag. Has to be the poorest quality of customer service I’ve ever had to deal with and to top it off the same day I picked up my truck just more stress from trying to report the issues I noticed to communicating with the staff. I showed up in person because I could not believe how they get off talking to customers. Quick to take a deductible from you and bill the insurance. I guess the horrible experience comes free and they don’t charge for it. Ended up in the ER from the amount of stress I was put on by their employees. Save yourself if you have Allstate and don’t bother. Lucky for me the truck is a lease and I will not have to deal with them again and let my husband take over all future communication on my behalf even though he had his own fair share of issues with them but, has swallowed it until further instructions from the insurance.
