Well, from my point of view, everything looked at organized. I didn’t see some cards that will work on and they looked it pretty well as nothing happened to the other vehicles I seen But I guess you can say that this is one establishment that looks kind of organize, besides other facilities that came across.

The facility was amazing, I love the staff working in this facilities. Like that when I came in and I like when I had left and how they were attending to me at any questions I had to ask. But there is one thing that I’m not comfortable with. For example, my husband who’s handicap. Came out with us to the yard field. Where I had to collect all the rest of my items because my vehicle was turned into total loss. Unfortunately, as we were exiting the building right on the right side, there’s some kind of pipe that was taken out, look like my husband tripped on that? And to top it off, it was a little downhill as well. My husband is handicap, as he was walking to the car hold area. He actually tripped and fell down pretty hard. Because the next day I had to take him to the ER. For the pain he was going through. Bottom line they are objects. There are not marked as a cautious. Specially areas where is in levelized equal pavements.
