We chose your location because of your 5 star reviews. We were very pleased that we received 5 star service as well! The scheduling went smoothly. Your assistance in scheduling the rental car and getting a car similar to my vehicle was very helpful since I have difficulties in getting in and out of vehicles. I got regular updates on the progress of the parts and service. The drop off and pickup of the damaged vehicle was easy and scheduled at my convenience. The work was completed in one week and the vehicle was washed and vacuumed and clean prior to my arrival to pickup my vehicle! You helped us load and unload my bags to and from my car to the rental and back. I dropped off the rental at your location for the return that you arranged for me so I didn’t have to make another stop. And lastly you and your team were polite and made us feel like we were your only customer while in your shop. 5 STAR SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END!!!!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at ProColor Collision off Highway 544 after an accident caused significant damage to the right front and side of my car. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. What impressed me most was their commitment to doing the job right, not just quickly. The repairs took about 10 days, during which all damaged parts were ordered, painted, and replaced. At one point, they received a part that wasn't up to their standards, so they sent it back and waited for the correct replacement rather than taking shortcuts. That level of attention to detail is hard to find. The paint work is excellent, and my car looks like new again. Their technician even took the time to properly reconnect and calibrate my exterior camera system with the vehicle's computer and display, making sure everything functioned exactly as it should. The owner and technicians were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The owner personally coordinated with the rental car company to have me picked up after dropping off my vehicle. When the repairs were complete, I simply left the rental car at the body shop and they arranged for the rental company to retrieve it. That kind of customer service makes a stressful situation much easier. To top it all off, they invited me back for a complimentary wash and wax after the paint has had time to properly cure so that the finish will be protected for the long term. If you're looking for a collision repair shop that values quality, honesty, and customer service, I highly recommend ProColor Collision. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

This was the easiest, above and beyond experience I have ever had involving a vehicle. My car looks like it never had any damage, and the team made sure to keep me informed, had excellent customer service, and even took my rental back to the rental place. I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend it to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle.

These guys are absolutely incredible, took my BMW in for a quarter panel and rear bumper repair from an accident. I set up a rental car and they arranged for them to come get me and take me to get it. They finished in less than a week and looks better than factory and the paint is GLASS! I brought them the rental and took back my car while they handled getting the rental back to Enterprise. These shops are hard to find, and I won't go elsewhere.

I can’t imagine that any completed repair ever leaves there unless it passes the high quality standards and attention to perfection that Jone and Evan require. I am well satisfied. Smooth process from start to finish. I highly recommend ProColor Myrtle Beach. Excellent facility and good people: fair and honest. My 2007 F250 super duty never looked better. I’m still smiling.
