I was disappointed I had to take the car back in so they could finish it also recently they did not finish fix Xing the roof of flex ford I need to call my all state insurance so I can return the card so they can fix the roof of car I don’t known why they did not finish the job so u will hear from my insurance AllStae and myself ok

There’s a broken part of the car that wasn’t fixed. Now we have to file a whole new claim and have our car unable to use again.

I couldn’t be more disappointed in a business. My young adult daughter dropped the car off and it took them over two weeks to do absolutely nothing to our car. I’m most dissatisfied that I was lied to and told the window had been replaced and all that was left to do needed a part they were waiting for. After 14 days of being in the shop with nothing being done, my brother in law had to walk in and suddenly the car is done in 24 hours? If he hadn’t gone in to advocate for us, we would not have gotten the car back anytime soon. He took pictures of the car the day he walked in to prove the window had not been replaced which means we were lied to, and the car sat with no work being done for 14 days. I can not recommend this business.

Color matching was a shade off. Likely tried matching the paint instead of buying the exact paint color to save a few bucks.

Completed in a timely manner. Colors seems off. The hood is a different shade than the bumper. They stated it’s Sundance but it should have been blended. I can hear air coming though the door and since it was bent when the repaired the outer door skin it’s likely still bent. I’ll be stopping by as soon as possible. They said they might have to adjust the weather striping which as far as I know as formally being a mechanic is not a thing. I have 1 rim that looks different from the rest which is nitpicking but annoying since I was hit by someone else.
