Customer service was outstanding. Made sure we were comfortable (temperature, drinks, snacks) . Apologized if they felt there was a wait (even though there wasn’t). Encouraged us to ask questions and made sure we understood the answers. Empathy felt genuine. Communicated with us via txt, auto alerts and calls throughout the whole process. Again apologized for delays and gave reasons/details. Went above and beyond to make sure the work done was high quality and would last long term. Did more then they were expected to in terms of repairs. Finished appearance was beautiful. Really appreciate all their effort. Most of all, we are thankful for their honesty and that they cared what we thought.

Frank and his team at ProColor were absolutely fantastic! They communicated through the whole process and made sure that our job was completed with the highest quality. Instead of stopping at “ok” they continued until it was perfect. They delivered us our car free of damage with a beautiful paint job, washed , vacuumed and shined tires. We feel like we received honest, hard work and we highly recommend them!

Nothing shy of the best . I've had other collision repair shop experiences and this was actually a pleasant experience and made me feel secure while my car was being repaired . The constant updates and great customer service representatives ( Frank Hoover) was a nice change from the usual repair shop experience I grew accustomed to . This is the 2nd survey that I've filled out. I'm not sure how good the Host network provider is that you use or the software program ? But I am sure over and over again this is the best service that I've ever got out of a collision repair shop. Especially Frank Hoover and Uber and his exceptional customer service . I will be recommending pro color collision to any one of my family and friends in search of a collision repair shop. Not only was it fast excellent service lent service but I was constantly updated on the progress .

Frank and his team did an amazing job on my vehicle. I had significant hail damage from Oklahoma. As soon as I arrived to California and met with Frank, he immediately took the vehicle and started working. He spent detailed time working with my insurance company, while ensuring all parts and paint for the vehicle were fixed. Thanks to Frank and his team I now have a vehicle better than I had originally bought it.
