Ya know, real customer service detail is overlooked. Good customer service is very much appreciated for the time it takes to provide. Then there are those times when EXCELLENT and Exceptional customer service shows up and ya W O W 'd.... these moments a fleeting but genuinely remembered. I won't remember their names, or the time my car took... but I will remember how l felt when I picked it up. They took very good care of keeping me updated on the progress of my car and advance notice when it would take a tad longer. But let me tell you... when I picked up my car they ~ W O W 'd me... I did not drop it off that clean... they even got dog hair off the back of the back seat... the car is beautiful and they fixed it all... the doors are pristine!! My car returned shiny and brand new look!! I am so happy out of all the choices to chose from in the area... I picked ProColor Collision Yucca Valley!!! Thank you all for everything, really!!

There was damage left on the car and the paint wasn’t allowed to cure so there are pin points coming out from the paint. Paint is not smooth , it has a paint running feel to it, again because the paint was applied to thick.

There was an issue with a sensor after the repairs were made. The sensor wasn’t the reason why it was in the shop. Pro color made sure to give my vehicle back to me with no error codes same way I brought it in.

There’s a dry drip spot of paid on the trunk lid. Not sure how to describe it. But the paint job on the trunk lid needs to be fixed. There’s a bigger gap on one side of the trunk then the other. Were the trunk connects to the back of the car it’s a big gap on the bottom. Doesn’t even look right. I would like all this fixed correctly?

Having the work done by ProColor was such a great experience! They would send me these little newsy texts telling me when the car would be done, letting me know that parts had to be ordered, when they came in and the job was progressing. The final text told me that the car indeed was done on time! The casual friendliness, the expert knowledge and experience of the crew all made for a job well done.
