My jeep is not completed. The door rubber seal was affected by impact and not addressed as well as the tops and their seals. With where the impact occurred the jeep should have been assessed at the frame rail to ensure seals and top of jeep was not affected. I am scheduling yet another appointment to bring my jeep back in for assessment and hopefully a final fix. My jeep did not have any of the noise it has now since the accident. For your body shop fix you, bring it back to what it was I felt like there was a lot of conversation around jeep being noisy and what it was like prior to the accident more than it was assessing why it was making the noise. I told your body shop was not an expert and that if I could take it to a dealer and have them assess it, and if they find the damage was in correlation to the accident that they would work with them. I entrusted your professional collision services with my jeep based on a recommendation and I am Now wary of the whole experience and the fact that my jeep sounds like a rattle trap and not the back to the vehicle it was prior to the accident.

Unfortunately, I won't be back. Body work is beautiful but between waiting about two months for a rental then being told 10 more weeks, not taking car care credit but saying you do online, leaving me with a flat tire, and my ceiling being gross, I'm good. Shows a lack of pride in one's work and a lack of attention to detail.

The guy at the front desk was kind and tried to explain why everything was backed up. He also helped me get a ride to the rental place. One thing I didn't like was that car care credit is listed as accepted at your location online, but when I called about it, you all said you didn't take it.

My car looks great after having the front bumper replaced and my right blinker after somebody backed into my car. These guys are so easy to work with and super nice and friendly. I will go back there, well actually I hope I don’t have to. Lol but I would recommend them to others.
