The Proline team is excellent—very friendly and helpful staff. From drop-off to pickup, it is super smooth. I constantly received updates from my service advisor. They greet me every time I walk into their shop. Once I provided my claim number and insurance information, they took over the case and handled all the backend paperwork on my behalf. One thing I must mention is that my insurance didn’t cover a rental car. So, I needed a ride back home after being dropped off. They offered me a free Lyft back home. It is an extra step beyond what they need to do. So, a 5-star auto body shop, highly recommended. 👍
