I was actually going to send an email regarding this, but I wanted to let you know that our experience with your shop and everyone in it was first class. From the moment I reached out by phone until I drove out of the lot, everybody was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. People called back when they said they would call back, and the feeling of being kept in the loop was a welcomed and appreciated gesture that really eased our minds. We just finished a major re-roofing project on our house and it was the epitome of bad customer service. To the point where we were dreading taking the car anywhere for fear of just more unknowing and stress. To our delight, your shop was the complete opposite and made our stressful situation an actual pleasant and easy ordeal - and I would stress easy. A special thank you to Ronald who I talked to and met on my initial visit and subsequent phone calls. He was on top of our project and kept me apprised the whole time. Lastly, but cerainly not least, a very special thank you to Camille. She was awesome. Dealing with her in person and on the phone was a pleasure. She made everything easy, from filling out forms to calling the rental car place to let them know I was ready, and even calling me with updates, making a note to call back the next day with any new information. I even heard her interaction with another customer and offering to call them a lift to and from work. She is the first person people see when they walk in and she represents your shop very well. She is not just professional, but kind, and she talks with you in a friendly manner with a personal touch and a great attitude. I was impressed with your whole operation and although I hope to not have to visit you guys again, if I do find myself needing body work, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to reach out to Proline Auto Body.
