Proline Auto Body was truly magnificent with the entire repair process. Lily was a pleasure to work with. She and the rest of the team kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. She provided Lyft rides to ensure that I was not inconvenienced when I needed to go home from the body shop as well as a ride to the rental company. Obviously, I don’t wish to see her or Proline Auto Body any time soon. But if I have to, they will certainly be my #1 choice. My car came out better than when I first received it new at the Tesla service center. Thank you again! I will definitely recommend Proline Auto Body to friends, family, and my personal customers from work.

I can highly recommend Proline after a wonderful experience! I was rear ended by a State Farm customer which was unfortunate, but Proline Auto made the whole process so seamlessly easy for me. From the moment I walked in and worked with Spencer to communication all along the process with the rest of the staff. I felt well taken care of. When it came time for the pick up I drove my Enterprise rental to Proline and they took care of the return. They work like a partnership. I didn’t even recognize my car… it was so clean and shiny like new. The cleaning they gave took all the oxidation away… the damage was completely gone. Hopefully I won’t have a need to go there again but should something happen again… they are my people. Clean and organized shop, many awards on display and very customer service oriented. Mad skills on the repair and presentation. Thank you!!

They were so quick in my auto body repair. They kept me updated with periodic texts on where they were in the process and we're extremely accomodating in my pickup time. My car was also taken to the Volvo dealership for diagnostic testing as a certified Volvo repair shop so I am confident all the bells and whistles, sensors, cameras are all in working order. They also said the repairs are guaranteed for the lifetime that I own the car. Amazing customer service. And they detailed the car before I picked it up so I swear it smells and looks brand new. Thanks Proline for an extremely positive experience!

Well, I absolutely love the service I have received. I am disappointed at how long it took to get the car repaired and I had to pay over $600 out-of-pocket for a rental car because of the delay and the car was just returned and the speaker does not work so I now need to bring it back to you.
