Proline provided excellent service for my Tesla Model Y that sustained a collision. They called me weekly to keep me in the loop on when the parts would arrive for the repair. The technicians did a beautiful job and the car drives great. Checkout was easy and the team members were friendly and efficient.

Rental car provided was in disrepair. Brakes pulsated and pulled on significant stopping. This was a readily identifiable defect that should have been cleared first. Minor but annoying. All courtesy lights in the RAV4 been turned off.

Attention to detail a bit lacking. New damage to inside part of bumper opposite driver side rear tire and trim around window protruding out. Uber-ed there. They had to Uber me home in order to fix it and then Ubered me back. Not the best experience
