i was originally told end of week when i dropped off on Mon but didn't get my minivan back till following Thurs. i understand things change but it would have been better for my planning if I had known it's highly unlikely i would get car back within a few working days

Great service. Buffed out a scratch separate from repair agreement. Found discarded parts and cleaned them up. Be sure to empty your car if you have major repairs so they can get their work done. Estimate was on time and they pre-ordered parts.
