Camille was absolutely wonderful! Not only is she courteous and friendly, but also super efficient and responsible. I was traveling and could not take calls but Camille always followed up with detailed voicemails or text making the pre-repair process very smooth. She's also extremely knowledgeable about the insurance process so I felt comfortable with Proline fixing my car.
