They did an excellent job, but you have to advocate for yourself. Once you call them, they are good about getting back to you with a status.

The vehicle looks amazing and they did an excellent job at it. The only reason I didn't rate higher is it took a very long time from when we dropped it off to when we were able to pick it up again. It was over a month!

The customer service rep didn't want to let us have the vehicle until it was perfect, even if some indicator lights came on as we were getting ready to pick it up. They even paid for a rental car extension so I wouldn't be without a vehicle.
