I have brought the car back three times so far for a rattle that sounds when accelerating and has not been fixed. I was told almost two weeks ago that a part would be ordered, but after following up, I still have not heard back. The noise is very annoying and reminds me of the accident when I hear it. I have been patient, but I am not sure the issue is being taken seriously. I am disappointed, as my previous dealings with Pronto were excellent.

Tiffany was total pro! She knew what she needed from me and helped me from start to finish. She explained what my auto insurance was requesting and knew it wasn’t going to work. I didn’t have to do anything but drop the car off.
