The only comment I would make is that it would be helpful to tell people there is an additional charge for credit or debit card use up front so they can be prepared with cash or check. Thank you for going above and beyond by attending to some scratches on either side of the car as well as the repairs from hitting a turkey! The car looks great!!

I would let you know I was not aware until picking up my car that there would be a charge for using my credit card to pay balance. This should have been explained to me before pickup. I did not have a check with me. Seems to me I should have been offfered to bring a check back over or put one in the mail. I am in Dover at least once a week and was there already earlier in the day for an appt but when checked on the car was told it would probably not be ready. Don’t get me wrong I was glad the car became ready but had to make 2 trips to Dover yesterday. The car looks great we are happy with the repair but unhappy with the extra fee.
