It initially took over a month to get the car in the shop. After that the time for repair took more than twice as long as initially estimated.

I'm not sure why the repair went from a 4 day estimate to a 6 day estimate and finally took 10 days to complete. As it were, I was out of town but if I had been waiting for my car for 10 days, it wouldn't have been good.
