I am hearing impaired. The communication was limited when I stopped by for estimate. I don't really know much of vehicles body repairs so I had my hearing brother to look at estimate papers. Then I texted Dave to set up the appointment. When I dropped off my SUV and picked it up. I understand that conversation was short and easy but I'm sure the customer service is very friendly.
