Did not receive updates as the vehicle was being worked on and ended up getting notified out of the blue. The work was complete. I was on my way out of town for a business trip and had to try and squeeze in picking up the vehicle on my way out of town. Also, will be calling in today to address quality issues that I have found now that I am back from my trip.

Jon Ross was amazing to work with! I don't know how he deals with all the insurance claims he does daily. Give that man a raise! The communication is top notch from him and we worked together to get communications from Allstate. The body works looks amazing and so far so good on the rest! Thank you Jon!

Overall good experience. Great communication on updates and was quick to get our vehicle into the schedule. The only down fall was when we picked up the vehicle we had to come back the same day as there was 2 warning lights that were still on and after that was fixed and left again we had another issue with license plate light wasn't working so we had to bring it back to get that fixed. This was all good as you were very responsive and took care of the issues right away
