My Experience

From the start of my experience I had complete confidence that the job would be completed right and it was. I had a small issue with a tire sensor and it was taken care of immediately. I tell everyone I know about Quality Body Shop.

My Experience

I was disappointed with the results of the repair. I was told that it would not be perfect and I was not expecting it to be. The estimate stated “touch up, sand, and buff. All that was done was paint “brushed” on the spots and nothing else. I brought it to Quality because you are professionals and the job I got was that of which I could have done at home myself. The truck was there for 8+ hours so I guess I was expecting more. If there was no plan to make a better effort to make the spot look better I wish that would have been communicated up front. I have had work done there in the past with 100% satisfaction. This was just very disappointing.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However the gentleman that I expressed my concerns to after the repair seemed as if he didn’t want to hear what I had to say.

I just had both of my trucks repaired and am very happy with the individuals responsible for the body work and paint but am a little disappointed with QC. My battery post connectors were not tightened on my Chevy and my Ford was never washed before pick up. I would just recommend a little more detail to the little things. Overall I am very happy with the Quality repairs. Thanks
