I have had multiple issues in getting my car repaired. From an alignment issue that still doesn’t feel quite right, to missing parts from the interior passenger door, and a scratch along the driver’s side door that did not exist before having my car in your shop.

I had to take my car back after the initial repair for an alignment and power window issue. I was then told I need to bring my car back for the missing passenger side interior door part and for scratch repair. However, I have not had time to continually take my car back and forth for repairs.
