I met with Dave andd set appointment to have van looked at. That day he stopped what he was working on and evaluated my van, said he would call when parts came in. I got a call the following Wednesday and we set up Friday for repairs. I dropped off van on Thursday evening. Friday afternoon the wife and I picked up van. It looked great.
