The crude control will not set do to the abs system I had reported when I dropped it off. No lights on the dash. Stability trac pops up occasionally as well as slippery icon. My diagnostic tool said the abs modual could not communicate with the transmission.

The price was what they quoted. No hidden fees. They dealt with insurance. No middle man. I am beyond thrilled with the whole Quality Service. I am so grateful. And thrilled. You would not even believe it was the same vehicle. Highly recommend them!!!

Upon inspection of my truck when I got it back I noticed that the front grill/side panel of my truck was not even with the side that was not in the accident. There was a corner piece below the headlight that wasn’t set properly and popped when it was touched. It was also noted and brought to the attention that the door handle was sticking (it had not done that before we had dropped it off). When I spoke to them about it, I was was told they did not touch the door. I was very displeased with the outlook of my vehicle and did not take the truck home today and requested the items be repaired.

On the 3rd attempt they finally got it close enough I could tolerate it. It still doesn’t truly line up with the other side of my vehicle. I had to take the vehicle immediately to the car wash to get it cleaned due to residue and dust everywhere on the front of the vehicle from them working on it. I won’t give it a 1 because I was satisfied enough to take my truck home but overall not a great experience
