Communication was good. Turn around time was good. Had issues at the end thinking we had an account. Used a credit card, which was no big deal. Asked for charge account information and was told that isn’t offered by the company, but they would double check and follow up with me. Never heard from anyone, and we have officially switched our business to Patton Collision Center where we have an account.
