I appreciated the personal treatment from beginning to end. Everyone I interacted with made me feel special and important. My car is named Rosie, and they all called her by her name when they spoke with me about her, which I feel went above and beyond anything they had to do. When I first went for an estimate, the front quarter of my car was dangling off. My appointment time was still three weeks away but the car was still driveable, so I didn't yet qualify for a rental. The person who helped me that day literally zip-tied my front quarter together so that I could drive it safely until my appointment time came. I'm a huge Clemson fan, and when I picked up my car someone had hung a Clemson ornament from the rear view mirror. Just classy, personal touches from beginning to end. Cannot recommend highly enough.
