When the insurance company received the estimate from Quint's Auto Body for my son's car which hit a deer, they deemed the car a total loss. Although the car had extensive damages it was still drive-able and repairable. My insurance company wouldn't send their own adjustor or wanted another estimate. My son was not in position to settle because he would have been without a car and continue to owe money. I contacted Quint's Auto Body and I spoke with Chris. I reassured him that we would not allow the insurance company to total the car even if we had to retract the claim and drive the car in toll. Chris reassured me that he would work with me and get the car repaired. Chris worked with the insurance company on our behalf because he is a good business man and cares about his customers. He is easy to talk to and keeps you updated on the repairs. I personally feel he is a person of integrity. He did an amazing job on the repairs on my son's car. I would highly recommend his business to anyone that needs Auto repairs. Insurance companies do not have your best interest when it comes to handling claims. We are grateful for Quint's Auto Body!
