I cleaned the car before I dropped it off when I got it back it had white dust all over the inside. It also smelles like chemicals and rodent urine.

Took three visits and three months to have my vehicle repaired. Informed products were in for first visit. Only to find out they weren’t. Brought back second time. Needed to bring into another garage to program. I called several times to touch base. Felt as customer I should have been notified what status of my repair was.

Was told I would get updates, but got 1 the next day and then didn’t hear back for a week. And I had to call and see what was going on. Tried calling the shop multiple times before my appointment and never had a return call and then tried to return a phone call the day of pick up before end of their day at 1230 and never heard back from anyone. Work on the car was good.
