My insurance company needed an update on the progress of my car. And R&R I believe it was Ryan refused to give them an update. To the point where they cancelled my rental and I thought at one point I was going to have to get my car towed to another body shop. For a phone call that would have taken 2 minutes. It was very frustrating and not sure what the big deal was.

Great jobs on the repairs. Only problem I have is the alignment that was done. Still pulls to the right badly.
