The comprehensive nature of the damage was repaired as promised.

The repair work seems very nice, smooth and operational. The initial estimate of 3 weeks to complete the work seemed unrealistic. Project ended up exceeding 11 weeks. Cost escalations passed on to insurance should have been more carefully planned during the initial estimate. Car was returned nearly immaculate with the notable exception of dirty handprints over most of my light colored headliner. Attention to final details should have been closer.

Considering that my truck is a 20 with 100k on it and probably be updating in the future!! I think I would have communicated a lot with a potential customer but I guess not. Sorry for your loss
