Driver's side mirror was broken. The wrong mirror was shipped and instead of sending it back and have me use the original broken one, they installed it, so I would have a functional mirror. Eventually, the correct mirror was sent and they installed it as soon as I took my car back. I appreciate the extra mile they took to make sure I had a functional mirror, while I waited for the correct one to be shipped.

Like I've said before this shop has real people who really have you in their best interest. They are here to help you and they made it feel that way and also showed it. Excellent support and extremely hard working effective mechanics r & r collision in schuylkill county is the best in the area for getting your car done quickly and also making your vehicle look spotless!

Excellent shop. I had to come for the estimate outside of their normal business hours due to my work schedule. Not only were they completely willing to come early and accommodate me, but they also found a way to knock $750 off my deductible and had all the repairs done within 2 weeks, (this was crazy labor intensive with over 60 hours required just for 1 part of the repair). I will absolutely 💯 use them for all future body work and highly recommend to anyone who needs this type of work done!
