The work was done excellent but They should have told me before I left my car that it would be there for 9 days due to ordering of part. It would have been more customer friendly to say, we have to order your part and then we will call you to bring in the car.

I would definitely recommend Rachel's for body work. I would also follow-up with "don't allow them to clean the inside of your car".
