Kyle, Danny, and Gabrielle, who was my first contact in the repair process are a great team. I was very impressed with her fantastic customer approach and shared pertinent information in the first phone call. My repairs were covered by State Farm and as a preferred shop, the whole process was seamless. Kyle went above and beyond and kept me informed and updated throughout the repairs. He has a thorough knowledge of collision/body repairs and has great communication skills. His experience in the repair industry makes him a great asset to his company. Kyle is just a nice man and it shows that the "apple doesn't fall very far from the tree". Danny is a great father and has instilled a fantastic work ethic in Kyle and I am VERY certain that these work traits are in the entire staff working at Rader Collision.
