Very fast turn around on actual collision repair, and the repair looks great! The parts were ordered and I was given an appointment for repairs after the expected delivery date of parts which kept me from dropping off my vehicle and having it sit for 2 weeks.

I would advise anyone using Radley to expect major delays from estimated completion. If they can live with that, then ok - the work itself seemed fine. It was the customer service/timing that was inadequate.
