They never updated me on my car, I called them, I was told on Fri that my car would be painted on Sat; and when I called on Mon I was told it was just painted that morning. I asked if it would be available to pick it up on Tues.as I had an appt. At Walter Reed in Bethesda MD and I would like to drive my car and turn the rental back in. I was home in the morning on Tues no one called me I went out to do some errands in Woodbridge and Dumfries when I got home around 5 I brought my stuff in and then walked into my living room and the phone was beeping it was from Radley that I could come get my car. I called them and said I was on my way, and that I didn't know why they had called my house phone as I had filled in my check in papers as my contact phone was my cell phone, if they had contacted me on my cell phone I would have had more time to drive to the collision repair location and not speed some during my drive there. That did not please me at all. If they had called me around 4pm on my cell phone I could have left Dumfries and driven straight down to pick up my car with time to spare.
