The tone and condescending attitude I received from the Collision Representative when I raised concern regarding my vehicles cosmetic repair & Anti-Lock Brake System was disheartening. I completely understand that an expert from my vehicles manufacture is needed to resolve my mechanical issue, but the manner in which she chose to address this was impolite and belittling.
