This is literally the best auto body shop I've ever been to. Form the receptionists to the techs. They are top notch. They answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. If an issue was found they contacted me and it got resolved. You guys are awesome. I hope I don't have to come back, but if I do it will be to you guys. Thank you.

Repair looks like the incident never happened. So good that if I didn't have pictures I'd never know the repair had to be done. Vehicle is only nine months old and took a stone hit big time. The ladies in the office are exceptional. They had me in for estimation and took care of arranging a rental car so I'd be able to go places. When I picked it up taday all the paperwork was ready and they took care of getting the rental back. The estimator worked with my insurance carrier and saved me the hassle. He was thorough and kind in dealing with me too. Overall, just perfection from everyone at Randy and Bob's Auto Body.

I got an inspection and an estimate for repair work. The inspection was good audit was a short wait time to receive the estimate of repair work. I am still checking on prices of parts for the repairs. The staff was very helpful and professional.
