I had to bring my car back after not having it for a month so they could put another part on it that arrived late. I don’t think the back door was wired properly and needs to be fixed again.

Kate was really great and has good customer service. The workers were personal enough, but it sometimes didn’t feel like they could sympathize that I didn’t have a car for over a month and they wouldn’t call to update me on the progress, I always had to call.
