If I was told from the beginning that my vehicle would take over 5 months to complete, I would have set my expectations accordingly. But to constantly push the completion date from month to month was unacceptable. And now that I have the vehicle back, it has to be returned because some things were not done correctly.

When the vehicle was towed to Randy Wise, Fenton, in July, I was told it would be finished by the end of August, beginning of September. There were no updates given. I had to reach out every month to see where things stood. Because of the frustration, I started making weekly calls to get updates on the vehicle. If I was told from the start that it would take over 5 months to finish my vehicle, I would have some respect for your company. But instead, the completion date was pushed from August/September to October to November and finally the end of December.
