People were great, but the process needs improvement. Getting the parts, installation of the parts , and people to do the work didn’t flow. Never saw more than one car being repaired in the months it took took to get my door and back panel replaced. It was embarrassing for me and everyone in the body shop. The rental car situation was awful. Thanks Caleb for your help !

I recently purchased my vehicle from a completely different dealership, and had an awful experience, so when I was in need of auto body work I did not want to go back.
