I was referred to Randy Wise by my insurance company I was a little hesitant to have them make the repairs based on the fact that I did not buy my vehicle from Randy Wise I was not sure if I would be treated differently for that I am happy to report that I was pleased with the repairs and the way I was treated

Imperfections in the paint on the hood and the blending of the fenders was done poorly. There was a small scratch on the passenger fender and when the blending was done I'm not sure if the vehicle was washed first, but where the scratch is there is dirt under the clear coat

Estimate writer was extremely unpleasant to deal with. Had to ask for different versions of the estimate multiple times (one for repair, one for replacement) and once the work was done I received a call telling me that the remaining balance was more than originally quoted because he wrote the estimate wrong
