This is the google review I posted for you guys. I’m a big fan of under-promise but over-deliver. Chris did not make completion promises that he could not guarantee, given the crazy supply chains, especially for my Hyundai Ioniq 6. What he did instead was hustle to get parts and deliver the car impeccably finished a week ahead of schedule. Ray Mees has the resources of a large shop but operates with the care and personal attention of a small shop. I’m a big fan of underpromise/overdeliver, so I’m a big fan of Ray Mees. A huge thanks to Chris, Allison, and the whole team!
