Ray Mees did excellent work repairing our car. It took a little while, as it’s a very old Accord and parts are a challenge. But Jessica and the office team were so kind and helpful and communicative. The car looks better than it has in years. Thank you for such good work.

We had a great experience working with Ray Mees. The shop did a terrific job on the car. It took a while to get the parts because our car is very old, but the work was very well done and it’s now the best looking part of the car. Jessica and the staff in the office were so helpful, kind, and communicative. They always kept us in the loop about what was going on. We would absolutely recommend working with this business.

As soon as I arrived at their office to drop off my car for repairs, I was greeted warmly, setting a positive tone for the entire process. I had damaged my car in the snow, which required an insurance claim for the repairs. The team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step and ensuring I felt supported. They arranged for my car rental with Enterprise, which was a huge convenience since they pick you up when you drop off your vehicle. Throughout the repair process, they kept me informed and updated, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, it looked even better than when I dropped it off! I will definitely be returning to Rey Mees Auto Coach for any future needs. Highly recommend!
