We are so pleased with our decision to have chosen Ray Mees Auto Coach for the repair of our vehicle after having been in a collision. In addition to the exceptional work that was done on the car, the customer service that we received exceeded all of our expectations. We had a unique situation because there was a great deal of back and forth with the insurance company that was responsible for payment. Allison J., who works at Ray Mees, guided us and kept us informed and up to date at each stage of the process— far beyond anything she needed to do. She provided support, contact information for our claims, assistance with the rental cars— she was basically a concierge for us to navigate the red tape. She kept us informed and once everything was cleared up— the team worked to get our vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. The work they did was outstanding— our car was a new car and you would never know anything had happened after they fixed it. The whole Team there — Fernando, Juan, Jessica, Naomi, and of course Allison, really went above and beyond. I highly recommend Ray Mees. They made a difficult situation much more manageable.
