If the missing part is put on and the A/C is fixed, I would change to a 10/10

The repair went well. I am still waiting on a piece to come in and be put on. I called last week (this is now week 3 I believe) and was supposed to get a call back and have yet to get that call. Also, when I dropped the vehicle off for repairs the A/C was in perfect working condition and after returning home on the same day with the vehicle, the A/C does not work, only blowing hot air. I’m not sure what could cause it to come in fully functioning and leave not working.

RAY'S was recommended from our insurance company and we are so glad they did! Family feel atmosphere and dedicated to providing the best service around. I hope i NEVER see these people again!!! But if we hit another deer or a accident happens you better believe that we will be back. Best Company, Best Service.
