We were pleased that you took care of all the arrangements for the repair of our vehicle, including the rental car. We really did not have to be concerned with anything, you took care of it all. Beautiful workmanship was performed on my MINI COOPER. Thank you Billy. There is a paint did please on the hood of my mini. I will need to show it to you. Also, Michael was professional and explained the concerns I had. Don'the know what is with this keyboard. There is a paint dimple on the hood of my little yellow minicooper. See you. Thanks for your service. When I picked my car up Tuesday, the 20th, it was almost closing time. I had to wait for Michael to go over my car with me...... because this other "gentleman" who had an SUV @ CARSTAR ..I suppose for pick -up was talking FOREVER to . Michael. .And I am waiting. So i finally excused myself in the conversation and asked Michael to attend to my car. Michael is great and polite. This other guy must havet thought we had nothing to do except listen to him orate.. Good Grief. Anyway loved how your team and employees cleaned my car .......m6 baby.... much appreciated. Michele L.....

The car was repaired correctly and they even left a small bottle of touch-up paint inside of the car.
